Hi! I’m DiAnne Myers, Piano Teacher Extraordinaire!
I have a profound love for music and the arts; and I believe everyone should have more artistic creativity and music in their life!
I absolutely adore playing the piano, but my real forte is teaching others. I love teaching students of all ages not just how to play, but how to find their passion, and an outlet for creativity while tickling the ivories.
Before I settled down in St. Louis to become a whimsical piano teacher, I had the extreme pleasure and privilege of traveling all over the world to sing and play the piano. I have performed at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City on Cole Porter’s famous 1907 Steinway piano. I got to play for Prince Albert of Monaco, the royal couple of the Netherlands, and for German film director Michael Pfleghar. Meeting Mr. Pfleghar was so exciting! He directed Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, and Antonio Carlos Jobim in the film, "Frank Sinatra- A Man and His Music + Ella + Jobim.” Most excitingly, he personally encouraged my own musical career!
From Tokyo to Osaka to Munich, and back to the US from San Francisco to Chicago to St. Louis.

Everywhere I’ve gone I’ve picked up something special to add to my musical repertoire! The most valuable thing I’ve learned is that people who have a passion for music lead the most interesting lives!
After settling down to teach piano lessons, I discovered some of the best helpers a children’s piano teacher can have: my dog Gigi and My Puppet Crew!
